Tamara Gaffney is a Director of Product Management at Telephia. She is a nationally recognized advertising industry expert and has appeared on CNN and CBS and is quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Advertising Age, San Francisco Chronicle, CNET and a variety of trade journals. Gaffney oversees Telephia’s Advertising Insights and Customer Value Metrics products, the product platform used to measure actual usage and purchasing behavior from a panel of nearly 35,000 mobile subscriber wireless bills.

Gaffney has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising, working as the Global Audience Measurement Product Director at Nielsen//NetRatings, in Internet marketing at Intel and in advertising management at Symantec. She began her career in advertising agencies where she spent 5 years as a Media Planner at Ogilvy & Mather and Goldberg Moser O’Neill Advertising.

Gaffney holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Southern California.
